The DZSF linear vibrating screen uses excellent vibrating motors as the power source, so that the materials can be thrown to the sieve and forward to make a straight movement. It can be equipped with single or multi-level screen to achieve the goal of grading, impurities-removing, testing, washing and dehydration purpose, etc.

Product Features:
1. No flying dust and environment protection.
2. Small amplitude, lower powder consumption and low noise.
3. Special used for some materials like sand and mining materials, since linear screen can be made to larger capacity.

Linear Vibrating Sieve Application:
It is widely used in grinding materials, construction, chemicals, pharmacy, metallurgy, ceramics, fertilizers, coal industry for screening and grading the granule and powder materials.

Working Principle:

Linear vibrating screen mainly consists of eccentric block, screen box, motor and supportive device. Through the flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high rotary speed, generating the centrifugal force and lead the screen box to do circular movement by the amplitude. Then the materials in the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realize the purpose of classifying and grading.
