Food powder coffee bean discs cable drag tubular conveyor

Z type tube disc drag feeding conveyor for Corn wheat and soybean are mechanically driven conveyors that 'drag' material along the inside of a tube. They are designed to transfer finely and not so finely divided, flowable bulk materials from in-feed points to discharge points through a totally enclosed conduit. TD Cs are positive displacement devices using close-running discs connected by
a cable or metal links.They have been used successfully throughout a range of industries for over fifty years
Machine structure
Working principle
A cable or chain with discs spaced along its length and its ends connected to each other to form an endless loop is pulled by a motor driven sprocket within an enclosed tube. Changes in direction are facilitated by bends in the tubing or by corner housings for tighter radii. Discharge of the product is through 'outlet boxes'. Cable or chain and casing are routed back to the in-feed point in an endless loop.

2. It is easy to realize centralized control, improve the degree of automation, and meet the requirements of modern enterprises for environmental protection;
3. It can realize "one point to many points" and "many points to one point" conveying and feeding, which is suitable for powder system conveying and batching;
4. Compact structure, small space, three-dimensional change of conveying direction;
5. The material is transported in a closed state. No dust flying, no dust removal device is needed;
6. Under special circumstances, the closed pipe can be filled with gas;
7. The material is transported smoothly along the pipe, basically without internal movement, so the
material damage is less;
8. According to different feeding conditions, the distance between the inlets can be more than 10 meters.
9. The design of conveying tray is reasonable, the friction coefficient is low, and the conveying capacity is stable;
