Belt band Conveyor is also called wave guard conveyor, and it is one kind of conveyor. Especially, because of the limitation of operating conditions, the high -angle belt conveyor has many advantages when they are working.
On the one hand, it has some common merits with the general belt conveyor, such as: simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, etc.
On the other hand, it can conveyor at big inclination degree, and recently years, the angle and height are increasing. All those advantages make belt band conveyor more widely used.
It is composed of conveyor belt, roller, belt tensioning device, cleaning device and so on. When the materials fall down on the conveyor, the roller under the belt will drive the belt forward. In this way, the material will be sent to the feeding device.
Belt band conveyor is composed of base band, guard and clapboard, base band appearance is same with ordinary conveyor belt, but the lateral stiffness is bigger: guard is the wavy : clapboard can be divided into T, C and TC according to its different sections.
