Applied field
V mixer/V blender is designed for mixing two or more dry power or granule raw materials,such as pharmaceutical industry,chemical industry,foodstuff industry and so on.
Working Principle
V blender mix the material by two asymmetrical cylinder,and the gravity of material,the material is constantly gathered and scattered in the cylinder by its rotation. Usually it need to take about 5-15 minutes to make the two or more materials fully mixing uniformity.

1.How to choose a suitable model for myself?
The V blender's effective volume is 50%.So if you want to mix 250kg/batch,your material's density is 0.5g/ml,thus the material you want to blend is 500L,so you have to choose 1000L blender.
2.How to know the machine is quality or not?
We will send you details and photos when the machines is under production and send you the testing video when finished.
3.Do you have any certificate for your product?
Yes,we have CE&ISO certificates,and we can supply all kinds of origin certificate.

5.How is the payment term?
Usually,the payment term is 40% T/T advance payment,balalnce 60% by T/T before shipment.But L/C and other payment term can be accepted after negotiation.
