(1)the screen cover is composed of a feed port and an inclined cone, the lower end of which is connected with the screen frame, the screen cover and the screen frame are connected by a clasp (or used a flange) , and a sealing gasket is arranged between the screen cover and the screen frame.
(2)the screen frame is made of steel plate (aluminum plate or stainless steel plate) by Zheng welding. The upper and lower ends of the screen frame are all provided with a bearing ring, and the inner part of the lower end is provided with a flange ring, which is used for fixing the screen mesh, the pressure screen ring, and the rubber ball supporting plate, the supporting plate is divided into three layers: inner, middle and outer. A small hole is drilled on the supporting plate. A rubber ball is arranged between the screen and the rubber ball supporting plate. The pressing ring, the screen, the rubber ball supporting plate and the scientific funnel are fastened with the screen frame flange by bolts, nuts and washers.
(3)the vibration source is composed of a vertical vibration motor, a motor pedestal support and a vibration transmission body. The vertical vibration motor is installed on the machine base bracket, and the bracket is connected with the vibration transmitting body by bolts. The vibration transmitting body and the base are bordered by the vibration isolating spring.
(4)the vibration isolation spring is supported by a spring and a spring (one end of the steel cylinder has an internal thread) , screw and spring washer.
(5)the base is welded by steel plate. There is a service door and an electric switch seat on the base wall. A ring flange is welded on the top of the base wall
