a:First loosen the screws on the tie ring, remove the upper frame, remove the damaged fine mesh, and then replace it with a new fine mesh.

b:Lay the fine mesh flat on the main screen of the vibrating screen, place the upper frame back in place, tighten the fine mesh by hand all around, and use a universal pliers to clamp the upper and lower frames at the frame edges of the upper and lower frames on the opposite sides of the machine body.

c:Cut off all the fine mesh protruding from the frame edge around the vibrating screen, except for two centimeters.

d:Replace the tie ring, loosen the universal pliers, and hook the tie ring screws tightly.

f:Use a soft hammer to evenly tap around the ring, then lock the copper nut tightly, and replace the fine mesh to complete the process. If the mother mesh frame and movable plate are removed during the screen replacement process of the vibrating screen, it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the movable plate must be truly embedded in the flange of the bottom surface of the mesh frame when reinstalling.

If the main mesh of the vibrating screen is damaged, it can be repaired by oneself. If it cannot be repaired, please return to the factory for repair immediately. It is advisable to prepare an additional set of main mesh for backup.
